He will try to push you away, use Immobilize and land one quick-attack combo and he'll stand up. When the boss starts charging up the ground with green lightning, run away or transform to Umbral Abyss to tank the damage. Afterward the boss falls to the ground for a long time, then he's an easy sitting target and will die fast.
