He uses lightning damage. Focus on dodging, not blocking/parrying. He will teleport around a lot. Let him miss one of his combos, or wait for him to stop teleporting. Then land some quick attacks. In his 2nd phase, he attacks and teleports constantly, it will be hard to hit him. Continue to focus on dodging, then land light attack combos while healing at the same time.
