There are 15 Bamboo Strike Locations in Ghost of Yotei. Completing all Bamboo Strikes is needed for the Body, Mind, and Spirit trophy. 2 are automatically done during the main story. The rest is found in the open world. Everything is still available after the story in free roam, nothing is missable. You just need to complete the button input challenge 3 times in a row at each Bamboo Strike. They increase your spirit which is used to perform special attacks in combat.
