There are 20 Pillars of the Fallen in Ghost of Yotei. Each of them gives a Weapon Kit (cosmetic sword design). They aren't needed for any trophies, but are tracked as an Activity for 100% completion. You just need to grab the swords from the pillars. Everything can still be found after the story in free roam, nothing is missable.
