Serpent's Pass Altar of Reflection | Ghost of Yōtei

In this Ghost of Yōtei Guide, we’ll walk you step-by-step through how to locate the well hidden Altar of Reflection in Serpent’s Pass. This particular altar is tucked away in a somewhat secretive overlook area past a cave near the Twisted Tree, making it one of the harder shrines to find. From the Twisted Tree, enter the nearby cave entrance and stay to the right inside, following the inner cavern tunnel. After progressing through the cave and jumping down a ledge, you’ll emerge onto a cliffside. Here, climb up the rocky wall that leads to the hilltop area above the overlook. Once you reach the summit above the cave exit, you’ll find the Altar of Reflection itself. To activate it, approach the altar and perform the “bow” interaction (swipe down on the DualSense touchpad). This will register the altar, unlocking the corresponding reward. This Altar in Serpent’s Pass is also sometimes called the “Overlook Altar.” It is tied to the Three Terrors bounty quest — in fact, you may need to deal with that bounty (which spawns enemies in the cave tunnels) before safely reaching and activating the shrine.
