Check out the latest gameplay and reveal trailer for The God Slayer, an upcoming single-player open-world RPG developed in Unreal Engine 5. This work-in-progress demo has been edited and provided by the developers themselves. The God Slayer combines elemental combat reminiscent of Avatar or Dragon Ball, parkour exploration like Assassin’s Creed, and cinematic spectacle on par with games such as Black Myth: Wukong. In an exclusive interview, the developers shared that the core gameplay and concept were inspired by the Batman and Infamous series. Story: The Celestials, angered by humans harnessing qi, unleashed a catastrophic event known as the God Fall, killing Cheng’s family and countless other Elemancers.
