Mafia The Old Country Fantasma Trophy Guide / Achievement Guide - Infiltrated the villa without being seen [Silver] Chapter 5 - Vendetta D'onore During main objective "Infiltrate Ludovici's Villa", you have to enter the villa without alerting any guards. The trophy will pop after interacting with the white door inside the villa that starts the cutscene with Ludovici. Knocking out enemies from behind is allowed and doesn't count as them "seeing" you. If you get spotted simply restart the checkpoint.
