There are also 5 DLC weapons at the time of the game's launch (1 pre-order bonus and 4 deluxe version weapons), these aren't needed for the trophy. This video shows the complete list of weapons from the equipment menu (to compare against your inventory if you're missing any). For locations refer to the above-linked guide. Note: This video includes a few duplicates from New Game+. Having one of each weapon is enough for the trophy, the duplicates can be ignored.
