Recommended Weapon Type: Empyrean Greataxe with Lifeleech -or- One-Handed Sword "Boreal Abyss", use its L1/LB ability with 2 Skyborn Might to inflict Frostbite for massive damage Strategy: This is the endboss. He only has 1 healthbar. If you found the Storyteller in Bo Capital, he can be summoned with the Bone Whistle to assist you. The boss will learn new attacks at half health. Empyrean Greataxe with Lifeleech works well again here. Always stay close and keep pressuring him. He moves around a lot but the L1/LB special weapon ability lets you jump to him immediately. Always keep 2 Skyborn Might to use this when he gets away from you (also great for jumping over his melee attacks to get behind him). Once you're close to him use quick attacks. Charged heavy attacks are too slow against him and his attacks and interrupt your windup. In the early fight he mostly uses melee attacks and occasionally flies around. When he flies, just dodge sideways and don't get hit when he comes smashing down. He has a relatively limited moveset in this phase. As long as you don't stay in front of him where he hits you with combos, you should be fine. At half health he will fly to the end of the arena and hurls big waves at you. Get to the opposite end of the arena as far back as possible, this gives you more time to see the waves coming. Then dodge sideways repeatly to avoid the waves. If you are too close it can be impossible to dodge these, if that's the case heal back after each wave to survive the next wave. You'll lose a few heals but survive. After he's done with the waves, he likes to summon fire orbs in addition to his attacks. While the orbs are active, keep dodging. Other than that, he mostly goes back to his melee attacks from the first phase. If you struggle with a melee build here, try switching back to Boreal Abyss one-handed sword and spam the L1 special ability to throw ice daggers until he suffers frostbite. Do single 1-stab quick attacks in between with lifeleech applies to regain health, and dodge after each quick attack to stay safe. The only annoying this is that when he flies away the frostbite buildup will wear off. But if you can trigger frostbite it takes a good chunk of his health and you can focus on dodging most of the fight while your Skyborn Might recharges. Since this is the last boss feel free to use any consumables you have stored up, especially Plumed Branches to instantly gain 5 Skyborn Might. These can be exploited to cheat the fight by constantly spamming the special weapon abilities.
