The Early Secret Ending in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 can be unlocked in Main Quest 8: Necessary Evil. When talking to Lord Otto von Bergow admit that you killed his Burgrave. You then get a cutscene where the Lord has you hanged. This is only possible if you do the raid on Semine (after the torture tell Bergow that Semine is helping the bandits, which results in raiding Semine). During the raid you have to side with Semine and kill Bergow's soldiers. You can still talk your way out of this by not admitting to killing the Burgrave. Alternatively, you can end the quest prematurely by not telling Bergow that Semine is helping the bandits, then the raid on Semine never happens.
