Then go to any blacksmith, interact with the anvil and select Radzig Kobyla's longsword to forge the upgrade. This requires 3 Toledo steel, you can buy this from the blacksmiths in Kuttenberg After forging the upgrade the sword turns into Reforged Radzig Kobyla's sword and the trophy will unlock. Just heat up the sword and hammer it evenly from both sides. If it cools off, reheat it and keep hammering it evenly until it's done.
