There is one of these golden builds for each stage in the game and I will show them all off one at a time. Most of them are either land vehicles or aircraft vehicles, but a couple of them were character builds (Lord Business, Angry Unikitty). If you complete all 15 of the Golden Instruction Builds you earn the achievement / trophy called "Midas Touch".
