Instead of shooting Ludovici, intentionally miss the shot and Tino will execute you instead, which results in a game over and unlocks the trophy. Note: during the chase at Ludovici's villa, you will get the task to get Ludovici alive, but you can't do anything wrong here. For the main story objective you will always capture him alive and bring him to Tino (if Ludovici dies during the chase it results in a game over). So no matter how you played the chapter, you will always deliver Ludovici alive to Tino and can then do the trophy.
