Obtain the Blood Collector, then use it to collect infected blood. Go to the Crafting menu and craft any item with the infected blood. Crafting with blood unlock after the Blood Specimen (Denatured) analysis is complete. Location: Rhodes Hill - Care Center, East Wing at Blood Lab room.
