They all appear before the boss fights in The Coil. Each person will have different paths to reach these bosses, and a different order of bosses. Sometimes they won't line up with their name in the seasonal challenge. So what I suggest is simply running The Coil normally, and you'll naturally get these from outside each boss room (where you place the rally flag). While I showed the path that I personally had for each of these as reference, these will be different for each person.
