This boss uses only ranged attacks, either shooting magic projectiles at you or magic the ground glow which then causes damage after a short delay. When you get close to this boss it will teleport away. It also summons some other spirits for help. Because the boss stays mostly stationary you can call your Mimic Tear to distract it, then fire Comet Azur spell and you might kill it in one attack. Otherwise just keep shooting Great Glintstone Shard spell at it. The boss doesn't have much health.
