It can be bought from Ms. Zurkon, costs 6,500 Bolts, becomes available in the region Sargasso - Outpost L51. This weapon shoots a returning projectile that comes back to you, similar to a boomerang. You can easily kill 2 of the purple toad enemies in one hit, these are also found frequently throughout Sargasso - Outpost L51. They appear in large groups so it's always easy to hit 2. Aim next to a group of toad enemies and shoot the Ricochet. Now walk in front of the toads and when the projectile comes back it will hit the toads from behind and kills them. Basically, you don't want to shoot them from the front, but from behind with the returning projectile. There are lots of toad groups around the island in the center and southwest of this region.
