There are 11 Tower Locations in The Blood of Dawnwalker. For the Bird’s-Eye View trophy/achievement you need to climb all of them and inspect the surrounding areas. Then the map opens and the points of interest get marked. They are all immediately accessible after the Prologue. You need to climb them at night while you have access to your vampire abilities. At day you can't use the Shadowstep ability to climb walls.
